HARLEY GIRL released I Know The DJ on October 14, 2026, with a rediscovered vocal from collaborator Callie Reiff at its core. The single grew from an unfinished demo, but finding the right line gave him a clear direction: humour and self-awareness, with some toughness underneath.

That balance shaped his approach to the production. Rather than treating the vocal as a finishing touch, he used it as the starting point, experimenting with edits and rhythmic patterns around the title phrase. It’s a playful electronic track with a harder edge, built around words that already suggested the attitude he wanted.

Reiff had supplied the recordings roughly a year earlier. HARLEY GIRL found the take while revisiting those files—a specific example of how material left unused in one session can give another track its focus.

At two minutes and 49 seconds, I Know The DJ leaves room for a quick introduction to that vocal-led approach.
