Parra for Cuva’s sixth studio album, Nacar, arrived on May 15 as a 12-track release. Nathan Ball, orbit and CRi are among its collaborators, alongside Vraell, Cile, PALLADIAN, Aukai and Vines.
Nacar is personal and immersive, linking its theme to a transformation from something fragile and raw toward something brighter and more layered. That idea gives the album a frame without asking every track to tell the same story.
Nacar moves between organic downtempo and melodic club music. The guest list is broad, but the release remains Parra for Cuva’s own sixth album rather than a compilation of separate features.
