Rezident’s Only For A Moment began with a single, but the March 22, 2024 release makes its wider shape clear: this is a three-track EP from the Berlin producer, issued by Anjunadeep. The title track keeps the focus on Ekko’s Norwegian vocal, threading playful phrasing through lilting arpeggios and lively drums. It introduces the EP through a compact combination of voice, arpeggio and rhythm.

From there, the EP opens outward. Muse brings in Kate Morgan and shifts the palette toward guitars and large synths, giving the release a second vocal center and a different kind of lift. With two collaborations at its heart, Rezident presents voice as a changing color rather than a fixed signature: Ekko shapes the lead single, while Morgan gives Muse its own character.

The final piece, Push And Pull, is instrumental and atmospheric. After two vocal tracks, it gives the EP a different place to finish. Across just three tracks, Rezident moves from song form toward something more open without making the change feel abrupt.
